What Is It?
The Diploma Consultancy Service is part of the DCSF’s range of support for consortia and deliverers, and is managed by IEBE. We have a team of 20 consultants with Employer Engagement expertise and specific Diploma knowledge, and two mentoring experts with a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field.

What does it involve?

Our consultants can provide tailored support including:

• an audit of current provision

• help with Employer Engagement strategy

• mapping of Diploma units to work-related opportunities

• advice on work experience models

• sharing a range of country-wide good practice case studies

• Diploma specific experts to facilitate seminars and workshops

• tailored support for Diploma mentoring schemes

• a health check to make sure you are on the right lines

The Consultancy Service provides a variety of bespoke support to a range of Diploma clients, the following quotes illustrate some of the many ways the support has impacted on the diploma deliverers.
